2. Drop Model & Limited Releases

CF FROSTED operates on a limited drop model. Important points to understand:

• •Once a drop sells out, products may not be restocked
• •Pre-orders are binding commitments to purchase
• •Early access is granted to members who complete challenges

3. Member Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• •Not share or transfer your account to others

4. Early Access & Challenges

Our early access program rewards engaged members:

• •Completing the Frost Challenge grants 1-week early access to pre-orders
• •Early access does not guarantee product availability
• •Challenge completion is tracked per drop and per account
• •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue challenges at any time

5. Orders & Payment

When placing an order:

• •All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes
• •Payment is processed at the time of order for live drops
• •Pre-orders may be charged immediately or at shipment (as indicated)
• •We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access our site or make purchases
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits
• •Purchase items solely for resale at inflated prices
• •Interfere with or disrupt our services
• •Attempt to exploit challenges or early access systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CF FROSTED and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CF FROSTED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
