Our policy for returns and refunds

Limited Edition Policy

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we have a more restrictive return policy than typical retailers. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

What's Eligible for Return?

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • Items with all original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (reported within 48 hours)
  • Wrong item received

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders are commitments to purchase. However, you may cancel under these conditions:

  • Before production: Full refund if cancelled before manufacturing begins
  • During production: Cancellation not possible once manufacturing has started
  • After delivery: Standard 14-day return policy applies

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization

We'll review your request and send a return authorization if approved.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colors. If stock is available, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order (subject to availability).

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other methods: Varies by provider

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Report the defect within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the defect in your email
  • We'll cover return shipping for verified defects
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
